Samsung’s first tri-folded phone-now the future to fold three times!

Samsung is preparing for its next Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, where devices like Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 and Watch 8 series are expected to be launched.
But the real surprise may be-Samsung’s new Tri-Fold Foldable Phone, currently known as Galaxy G Fold or Multifold 7.

Recently, some animations have been leaked in One UI 8 software, which gives a glimpse of this phone to be clear.
In these animations, the phone is shown in both light and dark themes – its design looks even more clear in the dark version.

Special things of design

The phone has a unique design of three panels:

Left panel: It has three cameras, which look like the Galaxy Z fold series.

Mid panel: It has a cover display and front camera, so that it can be used even when folded.

Right Panel: This part seems almost bezel-less, but it is not an active screen but a protective panel.

G-shaped folding system

Here Samsung has introduced a new concept.
While the Huawei Mate XT had S-shape folding (one, one out), Samsung’s phone folds on both sides-ie G-shape fold.

In this, both are different in the size size so that the display can be folded without stress.
An animation also warns that the device can be damaged by folding the camera panel.

The side of the phone has a mild rassed frame, with volume and power buttons fit.

Name and launch status

Although it is being called “TRAI-Fold”, it has two displays and two hinges technically.
So the name “Multifold” is probably more accurate.

Samsung has not yet officially confirmed it.
It is possible that it is just a part of the Test build – and the final design or launch date is set later.

conclusion

Samsung has always been the leader of foldable technology, and this tri-fold design can prove to be a major step in that direction.
If it really came in the market, then the “new chapter of folds” will begin in the world of smartphone.
